(if you want to see all the features and how many cards and cash it can hold, please watch the video)
Today I am going to be reviewing the Bellroy Note Sleeve Wallet in blue. I have been carrying this for about a month. I am going to tell you how I liked it, and things I didn’t like about it.
First, let me do a brief overview of the features on this wallet. When you first open it, you have three card slots, two on one side and one on the other side. When I first got this wallet, I was only able to put one card in each slot, but as it got worn in, I was able to fit about two cards in there. There is also a pull tab for all my extra cards. I was able to fit quite a few cards in there. There is an area where I can carry cash in this wallet. There is a secret little card slot in the back for cards I don’t use or don’t care for people to see. There is also a coin pocket.
Now that we’ve gone over the features, I’m going to go through my likes and my dislikes of this wallet. Let’s start with my likes. I really enjoyed this wallet, probably more so than I thought I would. I usually don’t carry cash, but I went to a convention, and it was so nice having a place for my cash. I also loved having a coin pocket. Having easy access to my cards was really convenient. I loved having the little secret pocket because I kept a card in there that I typically don’t use other than my emergency card. I am usually not a fan of pull tabs, but it was kind of convenient so I didn’t have to dig for my cards. With the cash area, I was able to put my receipts in there without them getting completely destroyed.
Onto my dislikes. I didn’t have too many dislikes about this wallet. It was a little bit inconvenient having the pocket being in the way of the coins, but at the same time, I have a pocket for coins. How many wallets do you have that you can put coins in here? Not very many. My other dislike would probably be with the pull tab. It kind of gets stuck on the way back in. Probably just a user error on my part. It got a bit frustrating though when I was having to pull it out to get a card, then try to shove it back in. Honestly, other than that, I really liked this wallet. It fit into my pocket very easily and I had easy access to everything.
A traditional design with surprising storage, the Note Sleeve holds cards, bills and coins in a trim, professional billfold.
